Due to many requests, we extended the deadline for the PDF/Video upload to 13th October.

Please refer to the Submission Confirmation email for uploading files.
"You have been added as an Admin" email has been sent if you have already submitted Confirmation of Participation.

Child Care

Childcare services will be provided by World Kids. Applications must be made directly to World Kids.
*Please note that we can only take care of a maximum of 15 children, so if we reach this capacity we may close applications before the deadline.
We only have a limited number of spots. We recommend applying early.

Insurance	In order to deal with unexpected accidents, TRP Japan has insurance and guarantees within the scope of insurance coverage.
Deadline	September 30, 2024.
Note	They do not provide food (including powdered milk for bottle feeding), drinks, diapers for your child. You must bring your own. Please note that our sitter cannot manage your belongings such as toys or games.(To prevent trouble between children, we ask that you refrain from bringing.) Wi-Fi

Free Wi-fi is available at the Venue but it will be shared by all attendee so we recommend that participants bring their own mobile Wi-Fi router. .
